New baby sister...

I will have a new baby sister soon!
Due 26th November 2010...
on Great Nana's birthday!
I am very excited and starting to understand that there is something in Mommy's belly.

American grocery store...

How amazing! When you go grocery shopping in America, little kids have their own vehicles to drive the carts, groceries, and parents/grandparents around in! I loved going to the grocery store. Here I am driving a bus and Grandma Carol around, I also drove a red corvette and a police car on other visits.

Iowa Farm Outfit

Aunt Gretchen has a lot of Mommy, Uncle Sean, Aunt Jenny, and Uncle Robbin's clothes saved from when they were little. She and Mommy found this outfit one day while in Iowa. As you can see it has lots of farm animals on the front including a rooster, cow, pig, sheep and chicken. At first Mommy and Aunt Gretchen thought it would definitely too small but Mommy thought she could "stuff" me in it just for a picture. It did however end up fitting me quite nicely and I wore it quite a bit while on vacation. Don't I look smart?!?! (smart = british word for nice or well dressed)

The Barrel Train

Every Saturday while we were in Iowa, Grandma Carol, Mommy and I would go to the farmer's market downtown. My favorite part was riding on the barrel train. The first time aboard, I loved it so much that Grandma Carol took me a second time the same day!

Simba...

Here I am playing with Simba. After first arriving in Iowa, I kept my distance and observed Simba from afar to understand him. Slowly, I moved closer and closer. I was very gentle at first, petting, kissing, and more petting. Then we became friends and I would lay on top of Simba (as seen below.) Simba didn't respond much to my attention. So, after awhile I started getting a bit more rough, pulling Simba's tail, pulling random chunks of hair out of his mane, etc... Therefore, I wasn't allowed to touch Simba anymore. I found ways around this however. I figured out I could either: A) Slowly walk backwards until I accidentally ended up back to back with Simba, or B) use another object, such as a broom, toy, stick, or so on, to touch Simba. By the end of the trip I wasn't allowed near Simba at all and had to go back to only observing him from afar.
