The London Eye Part 4

Look at what a BIG BOY I am now- I can stand up all by myself!
I loved looking out of the pod over the city in the London Eye.
Aunt Jenny thought I was pretty funny as I was licking the stainless steel hand rail.
Here we are with Big Ben behind us.

This was my fourth time on the Eye.
First time in Mummy's tummy with Daddy, Holli and Jon.
Second time with Grandpa David.
Third time with Amanda.
And now fourth time with Aunt Jenny, Great Aunt Gretchen, + Great Uncle Bob!
This time was my favorite though since I could stand up and look out the whole trip around. I really enjoyed it- maybe as much as the Aquarium!

Aunt Jenny, Great Aunt Gretchen, + Great Uncle Bob

We had wonderful visitors from Iowa two weeks ago-
Aunt Jenny, Great Aunt Gretchen, + Great Uncle Bob.
We really enjoyed our time together and I can't wait to go back to Iowa to see them in 3 more days!
Here I am... sleeping... hiding... will come out soon...
And here I am awake!
We went Christmas shopping at Harrods.
Aunt Jenny and I in the Egyptian Hall at Harrods!
I love my Aunt Jenny and she loves me!
Aren't we sweet together?
We went to the British Museum all together :)
Also, while they were here I learned how to say "BOB!"

Spinning Boy

I have found my legs while bouncing!

I can now spin around if I can just get these things to stay off the ground for a little while :)

Calling Daddy

This is how I use my very own cell phone to call all my friends!

Blue Monster!

We finally arrived home on Monday night.  I say finally not because of anything having to do with Scotland, but because of the last little bit of our journey.  We got back into London at 7pm.  The Notting Hill Carnival had been going on all weekend, including Monday but we thought things would be wrapping up by 7pm... oh how we were wrong.  The carnival actually went right by our house and it was still going on when we got in so the tube stop nearest to us was closed.  We therefore had to get off at the stop before and walk home.  This would be a 15 min walk on a good day, with no one around.  We got out of the tube and it was MADNESS!  There were intoxicated people EVERYWHERE as well as the loudest music I've ever heard and smoke from huge barbecues along the sides of the streets!  We had no other option but to push our way through.  Mommy used my hot-rod as a sort of bumper car to move people out of the way.  Daddy made sure Mommy and I were safe.  Luckily, I was covered up by a blanket but it was still CHAOS! We finally made it home an hour later, just after running across a huge carnival procession outside our house.  Next year we will definitely wait until Tuesday to return from wherever we might go to get away!  On a side note, look how big I'm getting...

Aren't my pajamas stylish from Grandmummy Carol!
